Octavio Haro, missing businessman, found dead in Zapopan

The Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office confirmed that Octavio Haro, a 43-year-old real estate businessman and influencer, was found dead on August 19 in Zapopan. Haro had been missing since August 11, when he was last seen driving his Mazda MX-5 near the Diana Natura Residencial residential area.

His body was discovered in a clearing in the La Venta del Astillero neighborhood, while his vehicle was found approximately three kilometers away. Authorities stated that current lines of investigation suggest his disappearance and death were linked to personal activities rather than his professional work in the real estate sector.

The Prosecutor's Office noted that this case does not appear to be connected to the disappearances of other real estate entrepreneurs in the state. Investigators have conducted searches at a property for sale that may be linked to the victim, and officials indicated that progress is being made toward obtaining arrest warrants for those responsible.
