OFOR finalizes water tower renewal contracts

The Office de Forages Ruraux (OFOR) has finalized the contract awards for a project to renew water towers across several regions. The project is divided into four distinct lots covering various geographical areas.

DELTA SA has been awarded the contract for the Thiès, Diourbel, and Fatick regions for a total of 351,736,009 FCFA, with a projected timeline of seven months. The company ECORE secured two lots, covering the Kaffrine and Tambacounda regions as well as the Kolda and Sédhiou regions. CSTI was awarded the contract for the Louga region.

The final award follows a provisional attribution phase that allowed for potential appeals through the Office de Forages Ruraux or the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. This definitive decision confirms the selected companies for the infrastructure works, which are essential for the storage and distribution of water in the serviced zones.
