OGC Nice appoints Éric Cubilier as head of youth recruitment

OGC Nice has appointed Éric Cubilier as the head of youth recruitment, succeeding Fabien Caballero. Cubilier, a former defender who joined the club's professional recruitment cell in 2019, will take on this additional responsibility to strengthen the identification of young talents for the club's academy.

The appointment aims to better coordinate the detection of young prospects with the professional recruitment department and to improve the monitoring of high-potential players in collaboration with the Academy management. Cubilier will maintain his existing duties within the professional recruitment unit while overseeing the integration of youth recruitment and professional scouting.
