Oil spill and deer cause traffic disruptions on Sweden's E4 highway

The Swedish road authority reported that an oil spill on the E4 between Väderstad and Mjölby Väst temporarily affected traffic heading toward Norrköping. At the same time, warnings were issued about a deer on the roadway near Mantorp and Linköping West, prompting drivers to exercise caution and causing additional delays. Separate reports also noted a stationary vehicle blocking a lane on the same route, further contributing to traffic congestion.

These incidents, all occurring on the major E4 corridor, led to lane closures and advised motorists to adjust their routes while the authorities worked to clear the spill, remove the animal, and restore normal flow.
