Olympiacos accelerates summer transfer plan targeting Roque and Stanic
Greek club Olympiacos is intensifying its transfer activity ahead of the start of summer preparations and a pre‑season camp in the Netherlands. The club has already added Kostas Fortounis, Moustafa Stournaras and Giannis Mafe to the squad while pursuing several high‑profile targets.
Key targets include 21‑year‑old Spanish striker Joël Roque, for whom Olympiacos has reportedly raised its offer to more than €4 million. Defender Zinedine Smailović remains on the radar, with negotiations ongoing despite interest from other clubs. Central defender Domingos Duarte is also being considered as a backup option.
In midfield, Olympiacos is focused on Serbian playmaker Petar Stanić. Talks with his club Luntergørets have entered an advanced stage; the initial offer was rejected, but improved proposals have been submitted as the Greek side seeks a deal before the training camp.
