OMODA and GWM launch new SUV models in Poland

Several new automotive models are entering the market, with a focus on technological integration and diverse powertrain options.

OMODA has debuted the OMODA 4, a new SUV designed to appeal to younger audiences. The vehicle was first showcased in Barcelona during the VCT EMEA esports finals and is scheduled for presentation at the Poznań Game Arena in Poland. The OMODA 4 features a geometric design with an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.292 Cd. Its interior includes an 8.88-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13.2-inch infotainment screen, a 540-degree camera system, and an AI voice assistant based on a large language model.

GWM has launched the ORA 5 in Poland, a compact SUV available in two initial configurations: a 160 HP turbocharged petrol engine and a 223 HP full hybrid. The hybrid version utilizes a 1.5L engine and a lithium-ion battery, offering a range of over 1,000 km and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.7 seconds. A fully electric version is expected to join the lineup at a later date. The ORA 5 features a 'Full-Surface Fluid Sculpture' design language with LED headlights shaped like droplets.
