Omoda & Jaecoo expands UK vehicle warranty coverage

Omoda & Jaecoo has expanded its seven-year/100,000-mile warranty in the UK to include a wider range of vehicle components. The decision follows a review of ownership data, customer feedback, and criticism regarding previous coverage limitations.

Previously, several major parts were only covered for three years or 40,000 miles. The updated warranty now extends full coverage to items including the A/C compressor, alternator, brake calipers, catalytic converter, infotainment unit, exhaust system, fuel injectors, fuel pump, oil pump, shock absorbers, starter motor, track rod ends, water pump, wheel bearings, and window regulators.

Additionally, coverage for ball joints and all bushes and rubber components has been extended to seven years or 60,000 miles. Managing Director Victor Zhang stated that the changes demonstrate a long-term commitment to customers and reflect confidence in the brand's engineering and reliability.
