OMODA & JAECOO reports 148.9% increase in global July sales

OMODA & JAECOO reported a significant increase in global sales for July 2026, recording 69,739 vehicles sold. This represents a 148.9% increase compared to the same period the previous year, marking seven consecutive months of triple-digit growth.

New energy vehicles (NEV) were a primary driver of this growth, accounting for 56,587 units, or 81.1% of total sales, which is a 298.6% increase year-on-year. Total global sales for the brand reached 448,849 vehicles by the end of July 2026. The company is working toward a strategic goal of reaching one million annual vehicle sales by 2027.

Key contributors to the July figures included the JAECOO 5 SUV, which sold 24,639 units, and the JAECOO 7, which sold 19,533 units. Additionally, the JAECOO 7 SHS-P recently achieved a real-world range of 828 miles during testing at the Millbrook Proving Ground in the United Kingdom, exceeding its official WLTP certification.
