OpenLight to showcase silicon photonics platform at four global events

OpenLight has announced plans to showcase its heterogeneous indium phosphide (InP)-on-silicon platform at four major industry events in September, including TGS China, CIOE, ECOC, and Microelectronics UK.

The company's technology aims to enable fully integrated photonic chips that combine active and passive optical components on a single device. This integration is designed to reduce power consumption, footprint, cost, and system complexity for applications such as AI infrastructure, cloud data centers, telecommunications, and optical computing.
