Police across Poland have conducted widespread operations to combat drunk driving and traffic violations, resulting in numerous arrests and license revocations. Incidents involving non-motorized vehicles and minors were also noted, including an electric scooter rider in Płock with nearly 3 per mille of alcohol and two 14-year-olds operating unregistered mopeds without licenses. Additionally, law enforcement dealt with serious offenses such as a 55-year-old driver in Mielec with 4 per mille of alcohol and a Georgian national in Opole who attempted to bribe officers with 200 PLN while driving intoxicated. Such actions are part of ongoing efforts to improve road safety and enforce strict penalties, including imprisonment and vehicle confiscation.
