Chinese handset makers Oppo and Huawei announced new mid‑range 5G smartphones featuring exceptionally large batteries. Oppo's K15 series device is equipped with an 8,000 mAh battery, a 50 MP triple‑camera setup, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB storage, a 6.59‑inch FHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED display and MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset, and is priced at CNY 2,299 (about ₹33,000). Huawei is preparing a mid‑range 5G phone with a 10,000 mAh battery, a 6.84‑inch OLED screen, a 50 MP primary camera, and a Kirin 8020 processor; the model may belong to the Nova 16 SE or Enjoy series.
Both phones aim to address battery‑life concerns for heavy users, offering multi‑day endurance while supporting fast charging and high‑refresh‑rate displays.
