OPPO launches Reno16 Pro 5G smartphone in Vietnam

OPPO introduced its Reno16 Pro 5G smartphone to the Vietnamese market after an initial release in China. The mid‑range device targets young users with a distinctive 3D planet‑motif rear panel that creates a raised visual effect. It is equipped with a triple‑camera system headlined by a 200 MP primary sensor, a 3.5× optical zoom 50 MP lens and a 50 MP ultra‑wide lens, plus a vintage‑style Instax‑mode for retro‑looking photos.

The phone runs on a mid‑range chipset, includes 80 W SuperVOOC fast charging that can fill the battery from empty to full in about 57 minutes, and retains a flat glass front and back with aluminum side frames. Additional AI‑driven photo tools such as portrait enhancement, AI‑based error correction and background removal are carried over from previous Reno models. The package also contains a transparent case, a SuperVOOC charger and a SIM‑eject tool.
