OPPO launches Reno16 smartphone series in Philippines and Turkey

OPPO began rolling out its new Reno16 series of 5G smartphones in the Philippines and Turkey. In the Philippines the lineup – Reno16, Reno16 F and Reno16 Pro – became available on 7 August at midnight, with prices ranging from ₱25,700 for the entry‑level model to ₱43,500 for the Pro version. The phones feature 50‑megapixel main cameras, a 200‑megapixel sensor on the Pro, 50‑megapixel front cameras, and a detachable 1.73‑inch AMOLED “Bubble Mag” accessory that acts as a rear‑viewfinder.

In Turkey the same three models were released with local pricing: the Reno16 F starts at 41,999 TL, the Reno16 at 55,999 TL and the Reno16 Pro at 72,999 TL. All variants run MediaTek Dimensity processors, offer up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage, and ship with large batteries (6,700–7,000 mAh) supporting fast charging. The launch highlights OPPO’s focus on high‑resolution mobile photography and modular accessories across both markets.
