Honor X80 Pro Max sets Guinness battery endurance record with 11,000 mAh cell
Honor unveiled the X80 Pro Max featuring an 11,000 mAh “fourth‑generation Qinghai Lake” battery, nearly double the capacity of typical flagship phones. Under light usage the device can last three days between charges and claims up to 42 days of standby. In testing the phone delivered 73.7 hours of continuous talk time, 33.5 hours of video playback, 21.3 hours of navigation and 23.9 hours of gaming. A live‑stream endurance trial in Turpan, Xinjiang lasted 26 hours 8 minutes 34 seconds, earning a Guinness World Record for longest continuous livestream on a smartphone. The X80 Pro Max also supports 90 W wired fast charging and 27 W reverse charging, runs a Snapdragon 6 Gen 6 processor, has a 6.8‑inch display, a 50 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. Honor says the battery health is expected to remain stable for six years.
