Opposition Parties Trail in Tlaxcala Ahead of 2027 Gubernatorial Vote

Opinion polls show a large share of Tlaxcala voters remain undecided as the 2027 gubernatorial election approaches. A Rubrum survey found 23.3% of respondents had not chosen a party, outpacing the PRI's 14.2% and the PAN's 9.1%. Demoscopia Digital reported 11.1% undecided, again higher than the PRI at 9.9% and the PAN at 7.8%. FactoMétrica indicated 26.1% of those surveyed were not interested in supporting any of the listed contenders, exceeding the PRI's 8.7% and the PAN's 7.4%. The data suggest persistent distrust in opposition proposals and a significant gap that could influence the final contest, where Morena currently leads as the favorite.
