Orange Foundation launches free AI training for teachers

The ‘Lekcja:AI’ project is offering free training sessions for primary and secondary school teachers to develop practical skills in using artificial intelligence within education. Organized by the Orange Foundation in partnership with the Foundation for the Development of the Information Society and Input Signal Sp. z o.o., the initiative is supported by the Ministry of National Education through grants from the European Funds for Social Development (FERS).

The program aims to teach educators the capabilities and limitations of AI tools, how to integrate them into teaching methods, and how to guide students toward responsible and safe AI usage. Training is primarily conducted online, with some intermediate-level in-person sessions in larger cities. The project is scheduled to run until June 2027 and is expected to reach approximately 11,000 participants.
