Oregon women's soccer defeats Oregon State 6-0

The Oregon women's soccer team defeated Oregon State 6-0 in a resumption of the state's long-standing rivalry at Papè Field.

Oregon dominated the match, outshooting the Beavers 22-5. Ellie Felt opened the scoring in the 27th minute via a penalty kick following a foul on Evee Stoddard. Logan Russo extended the lead before halftime with two goals in the 36th and 41st minutes, giving the Ducks a 3-0 advantage at the break.

Oregon continued their offensive pressure in the second half. Cloe Chase scored in the 59th minute following a cross from Miya Alamares to make it 4-0.
