Orlen expands loyalty program access for individual shareholders

Orlen has expanded access to its ‘Orlen w Portfelu’ loyalty program by allowing individual shareholders to register directly through the company’s website. Previously, participation was limited to investors using one of six specific partner brokerage houses, a restriction that excluded approximately half of the company’s more than 170,000 individual shareholders.

To qualify for the program, investors must hold at least 50 shares. Participants receive benefits such as discounts on fuel—specifically 10 gr/l on EFECTA and LPG, and 15 gr/l on VERVA—as well as a 10 percent discount on non-fuel products at stations and access to educational webinars.

Jakub Frejlich, Director of Investor Relations at Orlen, stated that the change aims to provide additional value to shareholders and increase the attractiveness of investing in Orlen shares. In 2025, program participants saw an average total return of 123 percent, driven by share price appreciation, dividends, and program benefits.
