Orlen shareholder loyalty program expansion
Overview
Orlen has updated its ‘Orlen w Portfelu’ loyalty program to simplify registration for individual shareholders. By allowing investors to sign up directly via an online form on the company website, Orlen has removed previous restrictions that limited participation to six specific partner brokerage houses. This change addresses a gap that previously excluded approximately half of the company’s more than 170,000 individual shareholders.
To qualify for the program, investors must hold a minimum of 50 shares. Benefits include fuel discounts—specifically 10 gr/l on EFECTA and LPG, and 15 gr/l on VERVA—along with a 10 percent discount on non-fuel products at stations and access to educational webinars.
Jakub Frejlich, Director of Investor Relations at Orlen, stated the change aims to “provide additional value to shareholders and increase the attractiveness of investing in Orlen shares.” Regarding historical performance, the company reported that in 2025, program participants saw an average total return of 123 percent, driven by share price appreciation, dividends, and program benefits.
