Orlen simplifies access to shareholder loyalty program

Orlen has introduced a new registration process for its ‘Orlen w Portfelu’ loyalty program, allowing shareholders to sign up directly via an online form regardless of their brokerage. This change aims to simplify access and strengthen relations with investors.

The program currently has over 37,000 individual investors. Orlen reported that in 2025, the total return on investment for program participants reached 123 percent, factoring in a stock price increase of approximately 104 percent, a dividend representing about 13 percent of the initial investment value, and benefits from the program valued at roughly 6 percent.

Additionally, the company noted it distributed a record dividend of 9.3 billion PLN this year, amounting to 8 PLN per share.
