UACJ and UACH orchestras to perform ‘Juan Gabriel Sinfónico’

The symphonic orchestras of the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) are collaborating to present ‘Juan Gabriel Sinfónico’. This historic ensemble serves as a tribute to the iconic singer and composer and is part of the commemorative activities for the 53rd anniversary of the UACJ.

The concert is scheduled for August 27 and 28 at 19:00 at the Teatro Víctor Hugo Rascón Banda in the Centro Cultural Paso del Norte. The performance will feature a large ensemble including approximately 82 musicians from both orchestras, 17 mariachi musicians, five band musicians, four solo singers, and five choristers. The repertoire will consist of 23 to 27 songs performed entirely live.
