Italy hosts diverse autumn nature and cultural events

Various regional events across Italy are highlighting nature, biodiversity, and cultural heritage this autumn. In Chieti, the WWF is hosting ‘Urban Nature 2026’ with themes focused on how nature aids healing, featuring discussions on pollinators, biodiversity, and the Maiella National Park.

Environmental and educational activities are widespread. The Beigua Park is offering birdwatching excursions to observe autumn migrations, while Camporovere is hosting a nature photography workshop led by Marco Colombo. In Solaro, the Parco delle Groane is conducting botanical trekking and mindfulness sessions.

Cultural and musical celebrations are also underway. The AscoliPicenoFestival is marking its 30th anniversary with a series of concerts, and Rome’s Inlingua festival recently concluded with Mediterranean musical performances. Additionally, community events like ‘Borghi aperti’ in Marche are promoting wellness through nature in historic public gardens.
