Çorum Municipality hosts traditional winter food workshops

The Çorum Municipality organized a community event at the Çorumlu Obası Youth Center where families and children prepared traditional winter food supplies together. The initiative, led by the municipality’s Directorate of Women and Family Services, included specialized workshops for making pickles, menemen ingredients, and dried vegetables.

Approximately 150 participants, representing about 40 families, attended the event. The municipality provided all necessary ingredients for the preparations. Mustafa Yaşar, Director of Women and Family Services, stated that the goal was to provide families with quality time away from the digital world through traditional activities and to create lasting memories within the family unit.
