The Çorum municipality is organizing the 38th International Hitit Fair and Festival from July 21 to July 26. The six‑day event will feature a range of cultural, artistic, sports and gastronomic activities across the city.

The opening ceremony on July 21 includes a parade, official inauguration, a TRT Zamane concert and fireworks. Subsequent days showcase classic‑car displays, band performances, children's festivities, folk‑dance shows, and concerts by Turkish folk singer Musa Eroğlu, pop artists Buray and Soner Sarıkabadayı, and rapper Sefo. Competitions will cover leblebi, Mehter music, Turkish cuisine, painting, dog beauty, horse racing, trap racing and off‑road events. Evening summer‑cinema screenings will be held in İtfaiye Park, and additional folk‑dance performances will take place at various city locations.

The festival aims to highlight Çorum’s cultural heritage and attract both local residents and visitors for a vibrant celebration of Turkish traditions.
