Japanese hotels launch seasonal autumn dining menus

Various hotels across Japan are launching seasonal autumn menus and dining events.

In Kanazawa, Hotel Kanazawa is offering an ‘Autumn Ginshari Lunch Set’ featuring Ishikawa brand rice cooked in Bantic-ware clay pots. In Ibaraki, Mito Plaza Hotel is hosting an ‘Evening High Tea Autumn’ with seasonal savory dishes and drink pairings.

In Tokyo, Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa is debuting an autumn lunch buffet featuring roast beef and seasonal sweets like mont blanc. In Sapporo, Courtyard by Marriott is hosting a ‘France Fair’ combining Hokkaido ingredients with traditional French bistro cuisine.

In Osaka, the Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel is running an ‘Autumn Harvest Buffet’ with pumpkin, mushrooms, and chestnuts, including special Halloween-themed sweets. In Okinawa, Hoshinoya Okinawa is introducing an ‘Autumn Color Dessert Course’ centered on local Beni-imo (purple sweet potato).

In Shimane, Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu is offering an autumn dinner buffet featuring sirloin steak and seasonal items like saury sushi and chestnut desserts.
