Osborne celebrates 70 years of Toro with star-studded chef menu

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Toro road safety symbol, the Osborne company is hosting the fourth edition of Saborea Osborne at the Mora wineries in El Puerto. The event features a special seven-course menu prepared by a selection of prominent Spanish chefs.

The culinary program includes dishes from several notable figures: Ángel León offers fig escabeche with plankton; José Pizarro serves artichokes with ham and egg yolk; Carlos Casillas presents a king crab tortilla; Pedro Subijana prepares whole red mullet; Begoña Rodrigo offers a version of Valencian paella; and Nacho Manzano concludes the savory courses with a creation featuring presa meat and codium butter. The menu is paired with wines from Osborne and Montecillo and is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
