Oshkosh Defense secures follow-on order for Moroccan military

Oshkosh Defense has received a follow-on Direct Commercial Sales order from Optimum Vehicle Logistics, LLC to support the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces. The order consists of 50 Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) A1 tractors and 50 MN573 heavy-duty trailers, developed in partnership with Broshuis B. V.

The equipment is intended to bolster Morocco’s strategic heavy-equipment transport capabilities as part of a broader mobility modernization initiative. These vehicles are designed to transport heavy armored platforms, such as main battle tanks, self-propelled artillery, and recovery vehicles.

The contract also includes essential parts, services, and training programs. An initial batch of HET A1 tractors has already been delivered and is currently operational within the Moroccan military's logistical framework.
