OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie to open in August with 20,000 sqm of retail space

The OTO Park complex in Siemianowice Śląskie is slated for an official opening on 27 August. Developed by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum Central Europe, the brownfield project repurposes the former Laura and Jedność steelworks site and will provide over 20,000 sqm of retail and service area for about 40 tenants, including Lidl, Rossmann, and Media Expert.

The park incorporates recreational amenities such as a playground, skate‑park, and a pump‑track cycling circuit, and preserves historic monuments related to the city’s industrial heritage. Built to BREEAM Excellent standards, the development is expected to create roughly 300 new jobs. General contractor Mirbud oversaw construction.

The initiative is presented as a model of sustainable urban regeneration, combining commercial activity with community spaces and environmental certification.
