OTO Park Siemianowice opens on former steelworks site

The OTO Park Siemianowice retail complex has officially opened in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland. Developed by Acteeum Group and Falcon Investment Management, the project is situated on the site of the former Laura/Jedność Steelworks. The development features over 20,000 square meters of leasable space, integrating retail, service, and recreational functions while preserving the area's industrial history through the Steelworkers’ Memorial Square.

As part of the new complex, the drugstore chain dm is opening its first location in the city. The 478-square-meter store will focus on beauty products, offering makeup stations and photographic services. The retail center is positioned to serve approximately 280,000 residents within the Upper Silesian Metropolis, providing access via public transport and 550 parking spaces.
