OTO Park to open in Siemianowice Śląskie

OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie is scheduled to open on August 27, marking a significant commercial investment in the city. Built on the former sites of Huta Laura and Huta Jedność, the modern shopping park covers over 20,000 square meters and will host approximately 40 shops and service points. The project is expected to create around 300 new jobs.

The development serves as a revitalization of post-industrial land, integrating local history into the new space. The opening festivities include the inauguration of the Park Pamięci (Memory Park), the unveiling of the Pomnik Hutnika (Steelworker Monument), and the presentation of a restored monument dedicated to the steelworking brothers.

A four-day event will accompany the launch, featuring musical performances, artistic shows, and family activities. The program includes various local dance and song groups, as well as a concert by the artist Skolim.
