Otter Co-op announces 10th annual Fuel Good Day fundraiser

Otter Co-op is hosting its 10th annual Fuel Good Day on Tuesday, Sept. 15. During the event, the co-op will donate five cents from every litre of fuel sold at its 18 gas bars in British Columbia to support Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.

Proceeds will assist in providing pediatric palliative care and specialized services for children and families facing serious illnesses. CEO Jack Nicholson noted that the initiative has already raised over $95,000 for the hospice. Since its inception, the Fuel Good Day program has raised more than $3 million for over 700 local organizations across Western Canada, including food banks and youth initiatives.
