Oura appoints new board members and launches Ring 4 in India

Finnish health technology company Oura is expanding its leadership and market presence. The company, which recently filed confidentially for an initial public offering, has appointed Jason Warnick, Leslie Kilgore, Miki Kuusi, and David Sze to its board of directors. CEO Tom Hale stated the new appointments aim to strengthen the board with leaders experienced in scaling global businesses.

New board members include former Robinhood CFO Jason Warnick, former Netflix CMO Leslie Kilgore, Finnish entrepreneur Miki Kuusi, and David Sze.

Simultaneously, Oura has launched the Oura Ring 4 in India. The titanium smart ring tracks sleep, stress, activity, and heart health via sensors that monitor pulse, skin temperature, and movement. In India, the device is priced between ₹28,900 and ₹39,900, depending on the finish, with a monthly membership option available.
