Outdoor cinema events scheduled in Šenkovac and Matulji

Various locations in Croatia are hosting outdoor cinema events to conclude the summer season.

In Šenkovac, an open-air cinema will take place at St. Helen's Square on Saturday, August 29, 2026. The program includes the animated film ‘Inside Out 2’ at 19:00, followed by the comedy ‘Freaky Friday’ at 21:00. Organizers have invited all generations to attend and noted that snacks such as popcorn will be available.

In Matulji, the Matulji Summer Evenings will conclude with a screening of the award-winning Croatian film ‘Koke’ at the local Amphitheater on Sunday, August 30. Directed by Igor Jelinović, the film won four major awards at the Pula Film Festival, including the Grand Golden Arena for Best Film. The screening is scheduled for 21:00, with free admission. In the event of bad weather, the screening will be moved to the Matulji school sports hall.
