Outlander: Blood of My Blood Season 2 trailer released
Starz has released the official trailer and key art for the second season of ‘Outlander: Blood of My Blood’, the prequel series to the ‘Outlander’ saga. The new season is scheduled to premiere on September 18, 2026, with weekly episode releases.
The upcoming season focuses on two parallel romantic storylines set in different eras. In 18th-century Scotland, the 1715 Jacobite Rising forces the characters Brian Fraser and Ellen MacKenzie to navigate clan politics and shifting loyalties. Meanwhile, the story of Henry and Julia Beauchamp continues as they struggle to reunite and return to their own time following a failed attempt to escape the past, leaving them separated once again.
The series stars Jeremy Irvine, Hermione Corfield, Jamie Roy, and Harriet Slater. The second season will consist of 10 episodes.
