Based on data from 452 notary deeds recorded between July 2024 and February 2026, the median price for property in Pabianice is 6,255 PLN per square meter. A typical 48-square-meter apartment costs an average of 298,000 PLN. While Pabianice remains 29% cheaper than nearby Łódź, the local market shows high volatility, with a price range between quartiles reaching 2,747 PLN per square meter.

New developments account for 19% of all transactions. Analysts suggest this trend reflects a broader movement of residents and investors from large metropolitan areas to satellite cities, though the rapid rise in new construction costs may impact local housing accessibility.
