Pablo Manuel Alberto Añazco arrested in Córdoba for 2022 Rosario double homicide

Pablo Manuel Alberto Añazco has been arrested in Córdoba province after nearly four years as a fugitive. He is accused of participating in the November 2022 double homicide of two teenagers, Eric Galli, 14, and Valentín Solís, 15, in the western area of Rosario.

The arrest was carried out by the Homicide Department of the Córdoba Police following information that located the suspect in the province. Añazco had been subject to national and international arrest warrants since December 2022. Earlier this year, the Santa Fe government had offered a reward of 10 million pesos for information leading to his capture.

The original crime occurred at the Fonavi complex, where an armed group opened fire on a group of adolescents. While other individuals have already been convicted in connection with the case, Añazco will now be transferred to Rosario to face formal charges at the Criminal Justice Center.
