Pacific Alliance launches 2026 Youth Volunteer Route

The Pacific Alliance has launched the 11th edition of its Youth Volunteer Program, featuring the ‘Youth Volunteer Route 2026’. This initiative brings together 20 young participants from Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru to promote regional integration, intercultural learning, and community engagement.

In Chile, the program will involve traveling through the Coquimbo, Valparaíso, Metropolitan, and Biobío regions between August 17 and September 1, 2026. The project, led by the National Youth Institute (INJUV) and funded by the Pacific Alliance Cooperation Fund, focuses on territorial volunteering, cultural spaces, and local community action.

The program aims to strengthen regional ties and human capital through both virtual training and in-person exchanges. While some participants will focus on activities within Chile, others will travel to Colombia, Mexico, and Peru to participate in various social and territorial transformation projects.
