Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif warns of external aggression during Quetta security tour

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Command and Staff College in Quetta, praising the armed forces for defending national sovereignty and citing their professionalism during what he termed “Ma’arka-e-Haq.” He warned that Pakistan would respond strongly to any external aggression and highlighted ongoing counter‑terrorism efforts, including Operation Ghazab‑l‑i‑Haq.

During the same trip, Sharif chaired a meeting of the Balochistan Apex Committee, bringing together top civilian and military officials to assess the province’s law‑and‑order situation. The panel discussed rising security challenges, ongoing counter‑terrorism operations, and measures to strengthen peace across Balochistan.
