Balochistan security operations kill dozens of militants and two police officers

Pakistan's security forces have conducted a series of intensive operations across Balochistan, resulting in significant militant casualties. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), approximately 48 insurgents were killed during operations spanning 48 to 72 hours in districts including Mastung, Quetta, Kalat, and Sibi.

In separate intelligence-based operations, four militants linked to the Fitna al-Hindustan network were killed in the Panjgur district. Additionally, security forces thwarted a militant attempt to disrupt movement on the N-25 highway near Kalat, resulting in the deaths of five terrorists and the safe recovery of 23 hostages.

In Nushki, two police officers, Muhammad Yasir and Abdul Rauf, were killed in an attack targeting a polio vaccination team. The attackers reportedly fled the scene with the officers' official weapons. Authorities have linked the attack to Fitna al-Hindustan, describing it as an assault on the province's public health efforts.
