Palestine weather forecast predicts heat followed by rain
The Palestinian Meteorological Department has forecasted a rise in temperatures for Saturday, with conditions expected to be relatively hot in mountainous areas and hot elsewhere, approximately 3 degrees Celsius above the annual average.
A shift in weather is expected starting Sunday, bringing unstable atmospheric conditions. Forecasts include rain showers accompanied by thunderstorms across most regions, particularly in the southern and eastern areas. Temperatures are expected to decrease following the heatwave, returning to annual averages by Monday.
Authorities have issued warnings regarding the risk of flash floods and flooding in valleys and low-lying areas, especially in eastern and southern regions. Additionally, citizens are cautioned about the danger of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall.
