Palestinian officials discuss bilateral ties and labor cooperation with Egypt and Jordan

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa met with the new Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine, Bassem Abdel Hadi, in Ramallah to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and mutual cooperation. During the meeting, Mustafa briefed the ambassador on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, settler violence in the West Bank, and economic challenges resulting from the withholding of clearance funds.

In a separate diplomatic engagement at the 52nd Arab Labor Conference in Cairo, Jordanian Labor Minister Dr. Nidal Al-Qatamin and Palestinian Labor Minister Dr. Inas Al-Attari discussed enhancing cooperation in labor affairs. The discussions focused on exchanging expertise in employment, training, and vocational rehabilitation. They also explored the development of AI-driven digital platforms to connect job seekers with private sector opportunities, including the Palestinian 'JobMatch' platform.
