Pamplona offers free guided tours of City Hall

The Pamplona City Council has opened registration for free guided tours of the Casa Consistorial to commemorate the 603rd anniversary of the Privilegio de la Unión. The tours, which last approximately 45 minutes and are available in both Spanish and Basque, will take place between September 3 and September 11.

The historical event, decreed by Carlos III the Noble, established the modern city of Pamplona by uniting three previously divided population centers: San Cernin, San Nicolás, and Navarrería. The City Council building was strategically placed in a location equidistant to these three nuclei to symbolize this unification.

Registration is available via the municipal website or the Citizen Service telephone. The first tour on September 3 will be led by the Mayor of Pamplona, Joseba Asiron Saez. A total of 34 sessions are scheduled, with groups limited to 30 people per session.
