Panorama Produce recalls Martina mangoes sold at Walmart due to Salmonella risk

Panorama Produce has issued a precautionary recall of 302 boxes of Martina brand size-9 mangoes due to a potential Salmonella contamination risk. The recall follows an FDA inspection of the farm where the mangoes were grown, which tested positive for the bacteria. While the specific samples that tested positive did not enter the United States, the recall was initiated because the Martina mangoes shared the same growing location.

The affected mangoes were sold at select Walmart stores in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania between August 10 and August 21, 2026. The products are identified by Agrofepac stickers indicating they originated from Mexico.

As of the recall announcement, no illnesses have been confirmed in connection with these specific mangoes. Consumers are advised to throw out the product or return it to Walmart for a refund.
