PAOK close to signing Spanish defender Ariz Elustondo

Greek Super League club PAOK is in the final stage of negotiations to acquire 32‑year‑old Spanish centre‑back Ariz Elustondo. The defender, a product of Real Sociedad's academy, has made more than 300 appearances for the Spanish side and has experience in La Liga and European competitions.

Elustondo, who can also play as a right‑back, is praised for his tactical reading of the game, aerial ability and versatility. PAOK has indicated that the player has accepted its offer, with only contractual details remaining before the move to Thessaloniki is completed.
