PAOK stadium project in Nea Toumba moves toward implementation

Panagiotis Toumpanakis, CEO of SALFO, has provided updates regarding the project management of the new PAOK stadium in Nea Toumba, Thessaloniki. The project is moving from the design phase into implementation, with studies and field research progressing in a coordinated manner.

Toumpanakis emphasized that the development is intended to be more than a standard athletic facility, aiming to serve as a modern urban and sports destination. He noted that the design process balances strict technical, functional, and economic criteria with a deep respect for the history, identity, and memory of the PAOK club and its connection to the city of Thessaloniki. The goal is to create a space that meets the requirements of a modern European stadium while maintaining a link to the club's past.
