Paraíba Digital portal sees surge in National Identity Card requests

The National Identity Card (CIN) has become the most accessed service on the Paraíba Digital portal, according to the State Administration Secretariat (Sead). The platform, coordinated by the Executive Secretariat for Modernization and Digital Transformation (SEMTD), ranks the CIN as the top request, followed by driver's license (CNH) renewals and vehicle licensing.

Citizens can schedule appointments and consult information for the CIN through the Paraíba Digital portal. The first copy of the document is free for those who do not yet possess it, requiring documents such as a birth or marriage certificate, proof of residence, and a regularized CPF. The portal hosts over 800 digital services and provides information for 35 state agencies.
