Paraguayan Football Association implements financial and technological reforms

The Paraguayan Football Association (APF) is advancing two major initiatives to modernize the country's football structure. Under the leadership of President Robert Harrison, the association is developing a Financial Fair Play system scheduled for implementation in 2027. To prepare, the APF's Licensing and Financial Fair Play Management department has conducted individual virtual meetings with First Division clubs to review financial documentation and establish administrative criteria while ensuring institutional confidentiality.

Simultaneously, the APF has entered a multi-year partnership with Hudl, a global sports technology company. This agreement provides clubs and technical staff with access to Hudl Wyscout software, offering video, statistics, and performance data for youth categories ranging from Sub-13 to Sub-19. The alliance aims to enhance talent identification and scouting capabilities by providing professional-grade analytical tools to support the development of young Paraguayan players.
