In the municipal primary in Pedro Juan Caballero, the Colorado Party (ANR) candidate Luis Guillén secured the nomination with 8,341 votes (59.13 % of the total), while the Liberal Party (PLRA) candidate Ronald Acevedo won his contest with 11,049 votes (74.40 %). Both primaries featured strong citizen participation and complete vote tabulation.
