Sergio Moro tops Paraná governor poll as Maranhão Senate race remains neck‑and‑neck

A recent Paraná Pesquisas poll shows former judge Sergio Moro (PL) leading the first‑round race for governor of Paraná with 39.9% of voting intentions. Requião Filho (PDT) trails at 21.1% and former mayor Rafael Greca (MDB) at 14.5%; in a scenario without Greca, Moro’s share rises to 45.1%.

The same poll indicates that 63.5% of respondents remain undecided when candidates are not listed, and that Sandro Alex (PSD) is tied for third place with Greca when names are presented.

In Maranhão, a Real Time Big Data survey finds deputy Duarte Jr. (Avante) at 14% and former governor Roseana Sarney (MDB) and senator Weverton Rocha (PDT) each at 13% in the contest for the state’s two Senate seats. Roberto Rocha (Novo) follows with 11%, while several others register 10% or less.

A separate Paraná Pesquisas survey for the Senate race places state assembly president Alexandre Curi (Republicanos) in first place in two of three simulated scenarios, with 30.2% and 31.2% support.

In Goiás, a poll by Paraná Pesquisas shows incumbent governor Daniel Vilela (MDB) ahead with 44.4% of votes, ahead of former governor Marconi Perillo (PSDB) at 25.4% and senator Wilder Morais (PL) at 11.5%.

These polls illustrate a fragmented electoral landscape ahead of Brazil’s 2026 elections, with several high‑profile races still open and a large share of voters undecided.
