Paranaguá Municipal Chamber presents health inquiry report

The Paranaguá Municipal Chamber has moved toward concluding its Special Inquiry Commission (CEI) regarding health services. The final report was read during a plenary session on Monday, the 31st.

The investigation focuses on municipal contracts signed with AGP Saúde, examining potential irregularities in the provision of healthcare services. Councilor Edilson Caetano, the rapporteur for the commission, stated that the process was thorough and supported by the Chamber’s accounting, legal, and technical teams.

Caetano emphasized that the commission ensured the right to defense for all involved parties, noting that individuals were summoned for hearings and provided justifications or testimonies during the proceedings.
